1. The website
curatedbykhedr.com presents the collection of Curated by Khedr. Browsing the public pages is open to everyone; the full collection is available to approved members only, and access may be granted or withdrawn at the gallery's discretion.
2. Listings and prices
Descriptions, attributions and dates reflect our best knowledge and honest opinion at the time of publication. Prices shown to members are indicative and confirmed at the time of sale; pieces may be sold, withdrawn or re-priced without notice.
3. Purchases
Sales are concluded directly with the gallery, by invoice, after an enquiry or viewing. No payment is taken through this website. Title passes on full payment; shipping, insurance and any duties are agreed per piece before the sale is final.
4. Membership
Member accounts are personal and may not be shared. We record basic activity (such as pieces viewed) to serve members better. Misuse of access, including republishing photographs or prices, may lead to revocation.
5. Privacy
We keep the details you share with us (name, contact information, preferences) to manage access, appointments and enquiries. We do not sell personal data. Write to hello@curatedbykhedr.com to review or remove your details.
6. Intellectual property
Photographs, texts and the Curated by Khedr name and marks belong to the gallery and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Liability
The website is provided as is. While we keep it accurate and available, we are not liable for interruptions or for decisions made on the basis of listings alone; antiques should be examined in person before purchase.
